La Federación Local de Malmö de SAC está actualmente en conflicto con un patrón que resultó ser más criminal y violento que los jefes en general.
Nuestra afiliada, Liv Marend, que ha trabajado como gestora del buffet frío desde el otoño pasado en una pasteleria exclusiva, ha intentado durante mucho tiempo conseguir un certificado del empleo. En lugar de dárselo le han cambiado su horario para hacer su vida más difícil.
Llamamos al patrón a una negociación, pero cuando continuaron no haciendo caso de sus responsabilidades, convocamos una huelga, con bloqueo y boicot. Los otros trabajadores están afiliados a otro sindicato o sin afiliar a ninguno, pero la mayoría de ellas han expresado su ayuda para las acciones próximas.
El lunes pasado, un par de horas antes de que la huelga fuera a comenzar, el patrón llegó con otro hombre que pidió a Liv para ir a un cuarto en el sótano para que hable un poco del conflicto. Él cerró la puerta y comenzó a llenar con la basura el lugar, la empujó y la amenazó. Él le dijo que él era el dueño verdadero, y que el patrón oficial era un pequeño wanker y que si sus acciones causaran algún daño financiero, iría contra ella y su familia. Comentó que daría igual que ella fuera a la policía o hablara con la prensa. Él también le dijo que actuaría contra nuestras oficinas si no cancelabamos la huelga.
Tomamos estas amenazas seriamente y aplicamos medidas preventivas, pero no dejaremos que estas amenazas nos silencien.
La última cosa que desean estos criminales organizados es algo que amenace su economía. La último que quiere cualquier mafia, grande o pequeña, es que alguien que ellos esperan sea un empleado sin más al que puedan asustar y aislar, esté bien organizado.
El jueves 23 de febrero, realizaremos un bloqueo en la Patisserie Lundagård, lugar de trabajo de Liv. Hemos invitado a otras uniones, organizaciones izquierdistas y a los medios. Realizaremos una demostración pacífica y masiva de nuestra fuerza y nosotros tendremos un comité de la negociación allí para intentar resolver la materia. Nuestra intención es alcanzar una conclusión esta noche o, si ésa es fracasada, cuanto antes.
El crimen organizado en Suecia no tiene ninguna energía verdadera comparable a los países en donde han adquirido energía política, pero todavía tenemos algunos problemas dentro del sector comercial. Que tengan presencia en una vieja pastelería es algo fuera de lo común. Si usted ha tenido problemas similares, quisiéramos oír de usted puesto que pretendemos intentar formular un plan para evitar los acontecimientos como esto en el futuro.
Vamos a utilizar toda la ayuda que podemos conseguir de camaradas dentro así como fuera de Suecia. También hemos comenzado un fondo de solidaridad para poder apoyar a los miembros que necesiten quedar ocultos por causa de amenazas, y estamos intentando ensanchar nuestra red de contactos.

The Malmö local branch of SAC Syndikalisterna is currently in conflict with an employer who turned out to be far more criminal and violent than bosses in general.
Our member, Liv Marend, who has worked as a cold buffet manageress since last autumn at an exclusive patisserie, has tried for a long time to get an employment certificate. Instead they have changed her schedule to make her life more difficult.
We called the employer to a negotiation, but when they continued to ignore their responsibilities, we called for a strike, a blockade and boycott. The other workers at the workplace were either unorganized or affiliated with other unions, but most of them have expressed their support for the upcoming actions.
Last monday, a couple of hours before the strike was to commence, the employer arrived with another man who asked Liv to go to a room in the basement to have a little talk about the conflict. He closed the door and started to trash the place, push and threaten her. He told her that he was the real owner, that the official employer was a little wanker and that if her actions caused any financial damage, they would get her and her family.
The same thing would happen if they went to the police or told the press. He also told her that they’d blow up our office if we wouldn’t cancel the strike.
We take these threats seriously and applied precautionary measures, but we won’t let these mob-like measures silence us.
The last thing that organized criminals want is something that threatens their economy. The last thing a mafia, big or small, expects is that someone they believe to be a regular employee that they can isolate and frighten would be well organized.
Today, thursday, February 23d, we will arrange a blockade of Patisserie Lundagård, Liv’s workplace. We have invited other unions, leftist organizations and the media. We will perform a peaceful and massive demonstration of our strength and we will have a negotiation committee there to try to resolve the matter. Our intention is to reach a conclusion tonight or, if that is unsuccessful, as soon as possible.
Organized crime in Sweden has no real power comparable to countries where they have acquired political power, but we still have some problems within the commercial sector. For them to have a presence at an old patisserie is, to say the least, out of the ordinary. Those of you who’s had similar problems, we would like to hear from you since we’re in trying to formulate
a plan for events like this in the future.
We can use all the support we can get from comrades within as well as outside of Sweden. We have also started a fund to be able to support members who need to go into hiding because of threats, and we’re trying to broaden our web of contacts
